  • Clients must book studio time in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the session; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.

2.2 Studio Rules

  • Clients must respect studio equipment and facilities.

  • No smoking, drugs, or alcohol are allowed inside the studio.

  • Any damage caused to the studio or equipment due to negligence will be charged to the responsible client.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1 Pricing

  • Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • All payments must be made before or upon service completion.

3.2 Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

  • Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where service delivery was unsatisfactory, subject to management approval.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Client Content

  • Clients retain ownership of all original music recorded at Linkin Music Studio.

  • By using our services, you grant us the right to use your recordings for promotional purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

4.2 Studio Content

  • Any beats, instrumentals, or compositions created by our in-house producers remain the property of Linkin Music Studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Music Distribution Services

  • Linkin Music Studio offers music distribution to various digital platforms.

  • Distribution fees and revenue-sharing terms will be agreed upon before service commencement.

  • The studio is not responsible for third-party platform issues affecting the release of music.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Linkin Music Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during your session.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and store personal data only for service-related purposes.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if clients fail to adhere to these Terms.
